Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to France and to European Union countries. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.
Is shipping free?
Yes, in France, on orders from €60. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made to order, just for you. Allow time for production, then for transit. You receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.
Orders and payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
Production starts quickly, so contact us as soon as possible from the Contact page. We’ll do our best as long as your piece hasn’t been produced yet.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Every transaction goes through secure payment.

Can I return an item?
Return and refund conditions are detailed in our refund policy. For any request, write to us from the Contact page with your order number.

Sizing and care
How do I choose my size?
Every product page includes a size guide. Compare the measurements with a garment you love wearing. Between two sizes? Take the larger one for a looser fit.
How should I care for my clothes?
Wash inside out, at 30 °C maximum, without fabric softener. Avoid the tumble dryer and never iron directly on the print or embroidery.

When is the Premium collection coming?
It’s being created right now with real workshops. Each of the four signs, the Axis, the Crescent, the Pillars and the Star, will soon reveal its own line.
